Another in the few weeks of RPG stuff. This time I’ll be focusing on Locations. Cities, Countries, and Towns. Most sheets have at least a small space for a map, the bigger the location the bigger the space for a map. World building is my favorite part of a campaign, and I end up having waaay too many details. I find these sheets give me just the right amount of them!
I play D&D, Pathfinder, Cyberpunk 2020, and anything White Wolf. And when planning, It’s good to have a sticker for that!
I did ROYGBIV, then some neon colors that coordinate well with Happy Planner stickers, and a few rows of black, because it’s hard to go wrong with black!
I don’t use these. But, you know, if I’m going to make planner inserts it would be an terrible shame if I didn’t at least add a couple daily inserts to the deal.
Sorry I don’t have much to say about these, but since my days stay pretty much on the same schedule with only minor variations, it’s unnecessary.
Sometimes, when I’m making one of these posts, something comes into my head that would work well for a lot of people. Sometimes I end up running off the rails and down the rabbit hole and make it. 🙂 A lot of people use habit trackers. Well, the ‘to call’ section of the dashboard layout tends to not be used by many. And therefore, one extra insert is in this post for the Habit Tracking section! 😀 Also, when this happens, it’s usually in the middle of composing a post where it’s not all that easy to insert this fun info, so for now I’ll do it in Italics at the beginning. It may change, who knows, I haven’t been doing this for very long!
My favorite planner layout is the Dashboard layout. When I found it, I found my Planner Peace.
I love the Happy Planner sizes. I especially love the Mini, which is why everything is currently done with for the Mini. Also, I find it SUPER SUPER hard to find anything sized for the Mini in a format that doesn’t waste so much space (And I really, really dislike wasting page space when I’m printing anything)
Yes, you can size pretty much any insert to fit the Mini, by shrinking it to a certain percent, and printing carefully. However, when one can get two inserts to a page comfortably, it’s galling for me to have to do that. And since I don’t own any of the inserts I’d like, I have to make my own. And since I don’t own any of the inserts I like, I have to come up with my own style, and figure it out from there.
